Originally from Berlin and having lived and worked on four continents, Mr. Buscha brings deep expertise in international market expansion, revenue model transformation, and business ecosystem development.

His journey has taken him from international business consulting in the IMEA region (including a transformative three-year stint in India), where Mr. Buscha helped companies localize strategy and unlock growth potential, to spearheading the development of strategic alliances and market entry as Head of Partnerships DACH for Univio. In parallel to his advisory work, Mr. Buscha has founded and exited ventures in digital transformation, sales enablement, and preventive healthcare. Mr. Buscha is actively engaged in connecting pioneering projects with investors, family offices, and financial institutions across the Health Care, Energy, Mining, and Technology sectors.
