Professor Mike Chan joins Swiss SSP Health Care Team

Professor Dato Sri Dr. Mike K.S. Chan, renowned scientist and researcher, has dedicated a large portion of his life to introducing bio-molecular medicine and stem cell studies to the world.

Professor Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike K.S. Chan today joins SSP Health Care and Life Sciences, a business unit of Strategic Swiss Partners (SSP), to expand its expertise into stem cell treatment and bio-molecular medicine. He has been appointed to the SSP Global Advisory Board and will lead the team in developing market growth in this sector.

Medicine is constantly developing, with scientists working on new ways to make life easier for patients. One of the greater goals of medicine is to replace or restore damaged tissue, cells, and organs, thus potentially extending life.

In the mid-80s, Professor Mike started his stem cell research journey with some of the world’s leading scientists in Europe. He subsequently pioneered bio-regenerative medicine, cellular/organo therapy, and stem cell research in Europe, and led several companies renowned for anti-aging cellular therapies into rapid global expansion – with operations in research and development, product development, manufacturing and distribution as well as physician education initiatives to improve clinical applications of biopharmaceuticals.

Professor Mike brings 38 years of experience in integrative, biological and regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy, on anti- ageing, biological age reversal and quality life extension.

He has conducted more than 1,000 lectures, seminars, and symposiums worldwide in the fields of anti-aging, bio-regenerative medicine, and stem cell therapies. His team introduced the world's first medical textbook stem cell book for physicians in 2006 and has authored and co-authored over 40 books on stem cells, aging, neurodegenerative and neurodevelopment disorders, metabolic diseases, biological and regenerative medicine and has 70 scientific and medical publications in USA and UK. He holds membership in more than 20 academic bodies worldwide.

Additionally, Professor Mike has won several international invention awards for biotechnology in Europe and Middle East and holds multiple international patents in stem cell immunology and biotech.

He also authored the World's first Stem Cells and Peptides book for animals from dogs, cats, birds, horses and, camels where he has been also treating for 3 decades with breeders and pedigree owners worldwide.
